Statement on Potentially Harmful Content
The IPLC Web Collecting Program is a collaborative effort to preserve a curated thematic selection of public web content gathered from a wide variety of sources to support research at member institutions and beyond. Some IPLC Web Collections contain content that is potentially harmful, sensitive, or difficult to view, and may reflect offensive, biased, or outdated views and language, and/or depict violent or graphic images. We collect and preserve these materials for the historical record and for research purposes, not because the IPLC endorses the views and content therein.
